Day 25: Happy Holidays Everyone!!
I have reached day 25 and I wanted to make this very special video to thank all the people that have participated on this 25 days of Christmas Holiday Special. Also, I want to Thank the viewers and listeners for following me through this journey. This video is a small recap and what I have learned talking to many different internationals all over the world about their holiday from the country they came from.
Day 24: Christmas in Netherlands with Jillian O'Mara
Today, I will be talking with Jillian O'Mara who is an American but living in the Netherlands. This is a special episode since I will not interview a parent today but I am interviewing someone with a different prospective. Jilliam moved to Netherlands and will be talking about how they celebrate in the Netherlands.
Day 23: Christmas in Scotland with Catie Friend
Today, I will be talking with Catie Friend from Scotland. She is currently living in Switzerland with her family. She talks about balancing the international family life in Switzerland while trying to keep her Scottish traditions.
Day 22: Christmas in Austria with Ana Tajder
Today, I will be talking with Ana Tajder is from Austria but living in the US wither her family. She will be talking about how she celebrated in Austria and now in the US. Ana misses the traditional Christmas Markets and the coziness of getting together with friends and family.
Day 21: Christmas in Denmark with Miriam Gradel
oday, I will be talking with Miriam Gradel who grew up in Denmark with her multi-cultureal parents. Her dad being Jewish and her mum being dane. Miriam talks about how she grew up with both culture of Christmas and Hanukkah.
Day 20: Christmas in Bermuda with Krisia Justesen
Today, I will be talking with Krisia Justesen from Bermuda. She lives in Denmark with her husband and kids. In Bermuda, they have a huge family gatherings where everyone gets together to have a potluck lunch. Minimal gift exchange but lots of family time. Day 19: Christmas in Japan with Yuki
Today, I will be talking to Yuki. She is from Japan and have moved to Denmark with her family. Her husband is dane and they have 1 daughter together. In Japan, Christmas is more about couples spending time together, just like Valentine's day. They don't have your typical Christmas tree. Day 17: Christmas in Indian and in the United States with Madhura Sane
Today, I will be talking to Madhura Sane. She is from India and been living in the US with her family. Madhura never really celebrated Christmas as a child, but adapted the tradition when she became an adult. Now, she celebrates it every year with her family in the US.
