In today's episode, We will talk about being Happy Abroad. What is the meaning of being happy abroad?

Sometimes before we all move abroad, we don't realize or see how mentally challenging it is for a person, let alone a family, to move to a different country. Yet, we face the same factors of integrating and making new friends and adjusting to the new way of living.

The first three months is the honeymoon period until you lose your shit for the most simple things you can do. For example, if you have listened to my podcast before, mine is when I am cooking something. Now, I know the name of most ingredients when cooking in Denmark, but when I first lived here, I almost lost it when I couldn't find something specific or they didn't sell it here. It is frustrating when something so easy at home is difficult in your new country.

Today, my guest will be talking about what it takes to live Happily Abroad. Franziska Luxhøj, founder of Happily Abroad Workshop, will speak about her life in Denmark with her family and why she created Be Happy Abroad.

Listen, Laugh and Enjoy!
